The SLA Rigid range offers you a madeto-measure solution from the small vehicle with a 7.5 tonnes SLA to the larger 3 or 4 axle rigid vehicles. Our bodies are designed to fit all types of chassis. Our bodyworks adapt to your dedicated logistics and optimise your profitability. Single or multi temperature, our technical solutions such as mobile or fixed bulkheads, leaf-type or sliding side doors, barn, shutter or lift-up rear doors, retractable or folding taillifts will satisfy all your requirements. Pallets, trolleys, flowers, meat hanging, fresh products, frozen products, ice-cream, SLA has the solution. The back of the chassis is specially fitted out to protect the body against the repeated loading/ unloading operations of urban distribution.

Running Time:

Heavy duty H-beams will be mounted on the top of the sub frame with inner steel tubes to enable the flat bed from moving horizontally.
Hollow tube will be used as cross members with a minimum pitch of 170 mm for extra strength. MS Checkered plates will be fitted on the top of the cross members. 120 mm height will be used on the side of the flat bed as a corner protection.

In our workshops we can manufacture recovery units from start to finish, either from our own choice of truck body or from a customers own supplied vehicle. Our team of technicians are skilled in:

◘ Advising and consulting on suitable vehicle bodies and equipment for a range of recovery vehicle types and their intended purpose.
◘ Welding, cutting and modifying vehicle bodies for use in appropriate methods of recovery/rescue.
◘ Selecting, fitting and adapting cranes, lifts, booms and winches suitable for the vehicles recovery purpose.
◘ Design and fit of full hydraulic systems, pipes, valves and compressors.
◘ Customization of all functional electrics, plus beacons, lights and strobes.
◘ Painting and finish of coachwork and livery to showroom standards.

Body main frame will be manufactured with suitable hollow tubes. Outside Cladding will be made with suitable MS Sheet for front panel rear panel and other parts of the body. Container will be manufactured with special reinforcement of steel structure inside designed especially for long distance land transportation. Heavy duty U bolts will be provided to retain the steel box to the chassis. Left and Right side safety guards and rear bumper will be provided with reflective stickers. One (1) rear door with clear opening for loading and unloading with container type locking system.

Cargo body will be manufactured with special reinforcement of steel structure inside designed especially for long distance land transportation. Heavy duty U bolts will be provided to retain the Cargo body to the chassis. Left and Right side safety guards and rear bumper will be provided with reflective stickers. A total of five (05 nos) doors, two (2) on each side and One (1) rear door with clear opening for loading and unloading.

Internal and External Grill Frame will be made of suitable Hollow tubes. MS Angel’s will be welded on to the frame of the grill. Suitable hinges and locks will be provided. Rear grills will be single leaf and opening type. Side Grills will be fixed to the door with full opening.
